Who We Are
Responsible AI in Hiring is a learning and development framework, advisory group and community of Talent leaders and subject matter experts dedicated to shaping what good looks like when AI meets recruitment.
Our advisory group brings together Talent leaders and subject matter experts to pressure-test and validate a practical training framework for the ethical and effective use of AI in hiring - grounded in real TA experience and expert insight, not theory.
The framework is designed to evolve. As AI in recruitment continues to change, we will regularly review and update the training content to keep it current, relevant and grounded in real-world practice.
We're proud to be developing this work in partnership with The Better Hiring Institute, the UK's leading hiring authority, with a pilot and accreditation launching later in 2026.
Membership of our advisory group is by invitation, drawn from organisations across financial services, retail, technology, healthcare, professional services, third sector and the public sector.
What unites the group is a shared belief that AI can make hiring fairer and more effective - but only if it's implemented responsibly, with practitioners in the room from the start.
