At the heart of Responsible AI in Hiring is a structured training framework.

Module One is currently in development, with advisory group members trialling it as learners and providing feedback before the wider release.

The framework covers the ethical and practical considerations of AI in recruitment - from candidate experience and bias, through to compliance and effective implementation - and is reviewed on an ongoing basis to reflect how quickly this space is changing.

Later in 2026, we'll be running pilots in partnership with the Better Hiring Institute, leading to formal accreditation for participating organisations.
